Questions
Do you shoot vertical, or crop from horizontal?
We shoot vertical. The DJI Mini 4 Pro turns its camera for true vertical, and we frame ground shots for 9:16 from the start. Cropping a horizontal frame throws away most of the picture.
How many videos do we get per month?
It depends on your plan. A content day gives you a batch of short verticals plus stills, and we agree the number up front. The estimator gives you a ballpark.
Do you post for us?
We deliver ready-to-post files with the hook, subtitles, sound and a cover frame. Posting and community management stay with your team.
Can you use trending music?
A brand account can only use licensed music, which often rules out trending tracks. We cut to licensed music, or leave room for a sound you add in the app.
Is a retainer better than a one-off batch?
If you post every week, usually yes, because the same crew gets to know your brand. For a single launch or season, a batch is simpler. You can always start with a batch and switch later.
