How we work. Brief to final cut.
From the first call to the final file, in five steps.
The five steps
-
Brief
We start with a short call and a written brief: what the film is for, who will watch it and when you need it. Then we come back with questions, ideas and a quote.
Quote within one working day of the call
What we need from you:- The goal and the audience
- Where the film will run
- Dates, locations and a rough budget
- Two or three references you like, and one you don't
-
Location & permits
We visit each location, check it on the official drone map and get the permissions each place needs: from air traffic control (skeyes), the owner and the town hall.
A few days in most places, and two to three weeks near Brussels Airport, royal estates or public institutions.
What we need from you:- Access to the location
- The owner's or venue's permission
- A contact on the day
-
Shoot
We open with a safety briefing, then film on the ground and in the air. We check takes on set and go again while the light is still right.
Half a day to several days, as agreed in the quote
What we need from you:- People and places ready at the agreed times
- Someone who can say yes on the day
-
Edit & grade
We cut, grade and mix the sound, and add subtitles in English, French or Dutch. You review a first version and send your feedback one round at a time.
72 hours to four weeks, depending on the film
What we need from you:- One set of combined notes per round
- Logos, fonts and any legal lines
-
Delivery
You get the final files in every format we agreed, 16:9 and 9:16, in one shared folder that doesn't expire.
Files with no expiry date
What we need from you:- A place to press play

Good to know
-
Weather
Wind and rain decide what's safe, and the pilot has the final say. If the forecast says no, we move the shoot to the next good day at no cost.
-
Revisions
Each film includes one round of changes: one set of combined notes, with the new version back within 24 to 48 hours. Extra rounds are €90 an hour, quoted first.
-
Delivery & archive
Your files arrive in a shared folder that doesn't expire, in the formats agreed in the quote: 16:9 and 9:16, web and master files. We keep the raw footage for twelve months; the raw files are €150 per shoot day.
-
Usage rights
Once the invoice is paid, you can use the finished film everywhere and for good: website, social, paid ads or broadcast. We keep the copyright, and we ask before we show your film in our portfolio. Music and stock come with their library's licence; we flag any limit in the quote.
-
GDPR on set
Agreeing to be filmed isn't agreeing to be published. We get written releases from everyone we feature, put up signage at events, and cut anyone who asks to be left out.
