Questions
How fast can we have the property film?
A property film is ready within 72 hours of the shoot. Premium and architecture films take longer. Give us your listing date and we'll plan back from it.
How should we prepare the house for the shoot?
Clear the driveway, open the curtains evenly, switch on every light and hide the bins. We'll send you a checklist before the shoot.
Can you film the property at dusk?
Yes, and it's often the best shot of the lot. We plan the twilight shots around blue hour, when the sky still has colour and the windows glow.
What about the neighbours' privacy?
We keep the drone over the property and frame out neighbouring gardens, windows and people. If someone recognisable ends up in a shot, we don't use it.
Can a drone fly over every property?
Not always without approval. Near Brussels Airport, public institutions or royal estates, and in other restricted zones, the flight has to be cleared first, and some clearances take two to three weeks. That's why we check the address before we quote.
