Belgian law (article 10/2 of the Law of 30 July 2018) covers cookies and anything similar that stores or reads information on your device, such as local storage. This table lists all of it. If it isn't here, we don't store it.

Counting visits without cookies
We count page views as daily totals. Nothing is written to or read from your device to do it.
Each page view sends one request that adds 1 to that day's totals. A few actions are counted the same way, such as opening a film, which has its own total, and the address of a page that was not found. Each request carries no cookie and no identifier, and it neither stores nor reads anything in your browser. In our reading, that keeps it outside the Belgian cookie rule, which is about storing or reading information on your device.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count you at all.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept
Google Analytics 4 sets two cookies, and only after you accept. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies below and sends Google data about your visit, such as the pages you view and the films you open, so we can see what people watch. If you reject, or do nothing, nothing is set and nothing is sent to Google.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Google open on their own sites, under their own cookie policies. We embed no videos, posts or maps.
Your choice, at any time
Reject sits next to Accept and looks the same. You can change your mind here or in the footer.
- Nothing that needs consent loads before you give it.
- "Accept" and "Reject" sit side by side and look the same. The site works either way.
- You choose per purpose, and no box is ticked for you.
- Each cookie is listed with its purpose, duration and recipient.
- Your choice is kept with this policy's version, for 6 months at most. Then we ask again.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, analytics stays off and we don't ask.
Fonts from our own server
Our typefaces load from hovrstudios.com, so reading a page tells Google nothing.
Inter and JetBrains Mono are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts.
Our team's sign-in
Only our team signs in, and only on /admin/.
The admin uses an email and password sign-in through Firebase Authentication, which keeps the session in the browser (IndexedDB, local and session storage). The admin also keeps its own settings, and in demo mode your draft edits, under keys that start with "hovr-admin:". All of it exists only on /admin/, and it's strictly necessary for the tool you opened.
