The film

A flythrough of an empty modern house: the open kitchen with a marble island and glass doors onto the garden, then a rise above the hedge and the rooftops to the Oralis Real Estate logo.

Who it's for

  • Developers reporting to buyers and investors
  • Contractors documenting each phase
  • Architects following a build
  • Marketing teams preparing the launch film

What you get

  • A clip per flight

A short progress film from each visit.

  • Stills from fixed angles

The same frames every visit, for your reports.

  • A final time-lapse

Every flight cut into one film for the handover.

  • An investor cut

A short version for presentations and buyers.

How it works

  1. Site induction

We follow your safety rules and agree every flight with the site manager.

  2. Fix the angles

On the first visit we log the position, height and angle of each shot.

  3. Fly on schedule

We fly the same shots in the same week each month, weather permitting.

  4. Deliver

You get clips and stills after each flight, and the time-lapse at the end.

Questions

Can you fly over an active construction site?

Yes, with the site manager's agreement and a plan. We follow your safety rules, keep the area under low passes clear and check the drone map for the site before the first visit.

How do you make the monthly shots match?

On the first visit we log the position, height and camera angle of each shot. Every visit after that, we fly the same list at a similar time of day.

Do you do surveys, measurements or inspections?

No, we make progress films and stills for reporting and marketing. For survey-grade mapping, measurements or structural inspections, you need a specialist.

What happens if the weather is bad on flight day?

We move the flight to the next suitable day, at no extra cost. The maker rates the Mini 4 Pro for wind up to 10.7 m/s, but rain and low cloud matter too, and matching frames are worth a day's wait.

Can we get a final time-lapse for the handover?

Yes. At the end of the plan we edit every flight into one film for the handover, plus a short cut for investors and buyers.
