How it works

  1. Plan the route

    We visit the space, or you send us a floor plan and a phone video.

  2. Place the people

    Everyone in shot gets a position and a cue.

  3. Rehearse, then fly

    We fly slow passes first, then the takes, with an observer standing next to the pilot.

  4. Pick the take

    We choose the cleanest take, grade it and add sound.

Is it safe to fly an FPV drone indoors around people?

Yes, when it's planned properly. The DJI Avata 2 has ducted propellers, we rehearse slowly, people keep fixed positions and an observer stands next to the pilot. If a pass doesn't feel safe, we change the route.

Do you need a permit to fly FPV inside a building?

As we read them, the EU drone rules don't apply indoors, so there's no aviation permit to get. You still need the owner's permission, and together we agree who is in the space during the flight. Outdoors, the usual drone rules and no-fly zones apply.

How long can a one-take be?

The Avata 2 is rated for about 23 minutes per battery, so the drone is rarely the limit. We plan the route to show what matters, and the film ends there.

Can we get a vertical version from the same flight?

Yes, we reframe a 9:16 cut from the same 4K take. If vertical is your main format, tell us early and we'll plan the route around it.

What's the difference between FPV and a normal drone shot?

A camera drone like the Mini 4 Pro glides and holds still, which suits smooth reveals and orbits. An FPV drone is flown by hand through goggles, so it can pass through doors, under beams and close to people.
